I have my jot form integrated to drop box but the files don't seem to be going to drop box?
can you help?

I suggest you try to remove the current integration and re-integrate. After which, fill out the form and let me know if it's working.
I have just integrated a new form to my Dropbox account and it's working.

Still not working, I managed to create another form and that one works fine, but the process was different, it was like a wizard assistant.
