I am trying my form1 and when I do a submission via the preview it's counted as a submission but I do not receive a submission flag like I did before (new!) and it says that there are 0 submissions but you can see them at the end of the apge.

I also have another form2 for the registration and that one is working fine.

The next question is, if someone registers with that form2 and then submits the actual form1, how many submission do they really count? 2...but it's the same person?

    These are my forms

The reason why you see 0 submission on form1 is because all of them contains an attachment ; in total you have 10 uploads, whenever a submission contains an attachment is counted as such. In other words a submission is a plain text data while an upload contains an attachment .

Regarding to your other question, no matter if it is the same person, a submission wil always count . If she registers in form2 but then sends a submission with an attachment. You will get a submission and an upload (which counts for your available space)

Hope I have made this clear

    Best regards
