EU User: Form not reflecting latest changes wihin its Preview

    Hi

       We have made this form:

    With some options (dropdowns, checklist etc) which we see correctly when we are editing the form, but when we click on preview the form is completely different, there is no the options included by us (dropdowns, etc) and appears some tables (which we included some days ago, but they were deleted). IT seems like the form is not saving the latest changes.

    Please help us to solve the problem because we need this form as soon as possible.

     

    Our user is: trimarlins and the name of the form is: "Ropa pedido diciembre"

    I have checked your form over its direct link, and this is how it appears from here:

    Upon cloning your form into my account and checking it out, your form appears with the same fields as it has in the Form Builder when editing the form. It might be that the older version of your form got temporarily cached on our servers, so you were temporarily seeing a previous version.

    If that was the case, you can simply try clearing your form caches:

    When your caches are cleared, simply open your form in a new browser tab, and you should see it showing with all your latest changes applied.
