I have cloned a form and renamed it. However, email alerts continue to carry the original name. I cannot find the original name anywhere on the form.

    Yes, I have cleared the cache and cookies, but the problem continues.

    Go to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts and check the email address.

    If not, please provide us the form ID so that we can check.
