receiving emails to Office 365Asked by Peter Sims on December 20, 2016 at 09:42 AM
the emails from Jotforms come from firstname.lastname@example.org but the SPF record in our DNS recognises that this has not come from our domain so rejects the email.
I can create a connector in O365 to allow anonymous emails from an external IP address but to do this I require the external IP address of your sending servers (this can include multiple IP addresses)
Please can you let me know these details as soon as possible to resolve this issue
You can try to whitelist the IP addresses listed on this guide so you can receive the emails from your form properly: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again.
