Is there a way to include text that was added to the form in the form data that is exported to Excel or PDF? For example, I use a text area to just write instructions for the form. Sometimes those instructions are customized and I would like to have them with the data I export. Is that possible, and if so, how should I format or input the text to ensure it is included with the data?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add the Text tool in the Excel. See the image below:
However, you can add the Text tool in the PDF when you enable the Show Header and Texts in the Submissions page. Here's how:
1. Go to My Forms page, select the form and click the Submissions button.
2. Click the Properties button (cogwheel icon) and enable the Show Header and Texts. After that, click the properties button again to save the changes.
