Hello, My form said it has been viewed 1000 times, but thats not possible. I havent even had 1000 visitors. The form is only visible when someone selects screen print or embroidery

I ran our fix to calculate your correct total and it does look like it was quite a bit off.  Apologies, the correct total should now be shown and the downgrade removed.

When I checked your account there was 725 form views. However when I checked your website number of views was increased. I have changed the number of your form views to 500. You can check this on usage page of your account.

Please note - Considering that you have embedded your form on each page of your website, form view will increase when your users check any page of your website. If one user check for example 5 pages, of your website, form view counter will be increased by 5.

More about form views you can find inside of this guide:

Is it better if I put it in a secure Iframe?

Changing to an iFrame would have no impact on view count.  The embedded form would still be loaded each time the page is loaded.  Removing the embedded form and adding a link to the form instead would ensure that only people who click the link to fill out the form are loading it.

You can embed your form using its Ligthbox embed code. This pops up the form in a lightbox within the current page.  Users can fill out the form and return directly to your page.

Here is a test page to show how it works. Click on the Register Now button to open the form.

That still doesnt work because it requires the user to have an additional click.

If the form is loaded when the page is loaded, forms views will continue to rise.  The only way to prevent the form being loaded every time the page is loaded would be to have it open with a click.  If it opens automatically, it will count as a view every time.  The only solutions are either increasing your form views with a subscription or decreasing them by not having the form load every time the page is loaded.
