When I try to login, I receive a notice saying that something is invaild, but all of my Salesforce information it correct. How can I connect my form to salesforce?

I think you mean the authentication process. I will test this and get back to you later. For the meantime, try to reset your Security Token in SalesForce. Only reset the token if you're only using it for Jotform.
