How do I link the form to my email address so that I receive completed applications when someone hits the

We are a nonprofit administering a mini grant program (for which we need a grant application form). I created the form and am trying to determine next steps for linking the form so that we receive the completed application. 

The notification for your form is set to send to the default address associated with your account.  If you would like to change the address your notification is sent to, here is how to do so:
