Is it possible to waive the 10 secure payment submissions for one month for a non-profit?

    I am just starting out using JotForm and created an account to be used for our club racing program. We are a non-profit organization. I didn't completely understand the significance of the 10 secure submissions. I only have one current form and it will only be active through the end of December. I expect a maximum of 26-30 total submissions of the form with a little more than half that will utilize the online payment. After this we will not have another significant online submission until October of next year. My total submissions are only going to go over the 10 limit by a little, but I am certain I will go over 10.

    Would you consider waving the 10 submission total for us? I could provide free advertising on our website as well as mouth to mouth in our sailing community. I think you have a great product.

    If not, I understand that I can upgrade for this month, downgrade to free until October and then upgrade again for a month before downgrading again. If not I will have to find another solution. My entire budget is in the hundreds of dollars so it is impossible to afford $240 just for the form, no matter how good the solution.

    Unfortunately, the payment submissions cannot be increased for free accounts. Since you say that you are a non-profit, you may consider upgrading your account to a paid subscription using the non-profit pricing i.e., 50% Off on any paid plan.
