saving form without making payment

Hello--

We've set up a form to allow users to submit the partially completed form and edit it at a later date. But once we added payment integration through PayPal, the form stopped letting users save the form partway through without making the payment. Is there a way to include the payment option without having it block users who want to save and finish later?

There is an alternate method that saves data using a session system.  This method requires two forms and a Page Break in order for it to work and our session system will not be able to handle a large amount of records in drop down menus and things of that nature.

This does take a fair bit more setup than the method you are currently using but will allow for users to save their data without having to submit the form.
