When I clicked on the support tab I lost all my unsaved work. Is it recoverable?

If form was not saved before Form Builder was closed, then most likely your work is lost and you will have to edit your form again. You can check form revision history to see if your work was saved.

Form Builder has auto save feature, so maybe your work was saved.
