I am trying to log in and it tells me that it does not recognize my email

    This is a business and we use one log on so that we can work on each other forms.  I need to make sure we do not loose our forms.  We use them over and over for each school.

    But I found the account associated with this form https://www.jotform.com/52285744558971 The username is marti.rathje and the email associated with it is britney.roese@lutheransouth.org
