    My account has been suspended. Can you re-activate it?

    I think my forms should all be up to snuff and qualify under the terms and usage.. can you reactivate them please? I have a webinar running to some of them and it's important that they are active.... PLEASE!! 

    My forms all are set up with payment integration...

    You account has been suspended due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

    Form Id 63546571462157 is collecting Credit Card Details on jotform which breaks our terms of use.

    If you'd like to charge your clients at a later date, you can use our payment integration such as Paypal and enable payment authorization.

    This allows you to confirm or review orders before charging clients.

    I did! I set up payment integration! Why are my forms still disabled?

    Hello,

    I have checked your form (ID: 63546571462157) and I have seen that you have added a Stripe Payment gateway to your form in order to receive payments.

    So that, I have re-activated your account manually.

    Please avoid suspicious activities in your account not to be suspended again.
