Form not displaying correctly in preview form

Hi, this is happening to me this evening.  No matter what do the live website does not change.

I have deleted, saved and everything and re done everything.  Did you get yours working?

I cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Can you please try it again? I will clear your form cache and let us know how it goes.

Also, please check this related guide: How-to-view-form-revision-history. You can revert back the old version of your form. Hope that helps.
