    Hello LENAKIM,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to display some file in your survey form or attach it in the auto-responder email which is sent to users?

    If you want to display a PDF file, you can achieve your requirement by adding "PDF Embedder" widget in form.

    It is also possible to send some file to users as an email attachment, please check the screenshot below:
