    Hello,

You can add "Page breaks" into your form and divide your form into multiple pages.

And then, you can set a condition of "Skip to a page on next button" to any field you have wanted such as the page which includes "Submit" button.

Please find the link of edited version of your form on my side: https://form.jotform.com/63552884504966

I have made the following changes on your form:

-I have divided your form into 7 pages with "Page Breaks".

-I have set hidden the field of "Why?".

-I have deleted your conditions and I have set 2 conditions as the following:

    1. If "Do you prefer to use cab service?" equals to "No", show "Why?" field.

    2. If "Why?" field is filled, "Skip to Page on Next Button" to "Page 7".

Please check the form. Also, feel free to clone and use it on your side.

If you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.

    Thank you.
