Please check and give feedback on my form

Hi - this is a super nice webpage.  I have created a form, but are not satisfied with the final product.  I want to change fonts in fields I added, but am not sure how to do this.  Can you please have a look and give me some pointers on how to make it look more professional?

I see that you have created a very nice looking form. As you said you can improve it with a little bit styling.

I suggest you to use at first step the "Advanced Designer" tool of JotForm. Here are some video tutorials:

If you prefer, you can add CSS codes into your form and style that way:

For instance, in the preview of your form, the field labels can't be viewed properly:

We can increase the label spacing from the advanced designer:

Thank you for your feedback. The information was very helpful - but
unfortunately, I have messed up the form totally [hahaha]. I want to start
over by creating a new form. I see there is a lot of templates - can you
maybe suggest a template I can use for my purposes? I would really
appreciate your help.
