How do you edit a submission?

When I originally created this form I misspelled the name of one of the reporters (John Amrehein instead of John Amrhein). I am unable to run a report without it showing this person's name twice (see attached image). How can I change the name to John Amrhein in a submission so that I only see him once when I design a report?

You have to access the form submissions page, search the last name and edit the submission. That should fix the problem.
