We need to do 8 surveys, for 8 different clients.

These clients will want to log in and see their stats/data (but we dont want them to see other clients detail)

Can we partition/separate this in the same account?

    Thanks

    Marc

    Hello Marc,

Do you mean to say that you want to create 8 forms in your account for different clients? You also do not want one client to see the form of other client. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Sub user account" feature which will allow you to share forms with another user to view / edit forms or submissions. You can also restrict the access permission of users as well:

    1. Edit forms - Sub account will be able to edit the forms shared with them.

    2. View submission - Sub account will be able to view submissions of the forms shared with them

You may like to take a look at the follwoing guide which should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

Hope this helps you. Do let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you!
