When I download the uploaded files, I can't find the zip file. I'm not getting an email when the download is ready because the account profile needs a different email address to notify my administrator.
I'm using OS X. I tried safari and chrome browsers.

We've sent you the link, to technology@de******sans.org. Please check your email. You can also put your other email address in the box. But based on what I've observed, the link is only sent when all the uploads are zipped to our end.
You can also access the zipped file to your My Account - Data page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data.
