Embedded Payment Pages, how to check if payment was submitted from the main form

    Hello

I need to collect an application fee for each app that is submitted.  We have schools in the US and Canada so your helpdesk suggested embedding 2 payment pages which I did.

However, applications seems to be getting through without paying the application fee.  I.e. I am not receiving proof of payment (which used to be on the submission itself).

    How can I:

    1. Make sure that the embedded payment page is required so no applications can be submitted without payment

    2. Have the proof of payment on the application submission itself.

submission 358142283071398552 is an example of where I have no proof of payment.

    thanks

The problem with using the two different form for only the payment portion is that your main form has no way of checking either of those forms since they are in iFrames.  If you wanted to make two different payment forms, you would need to have the main form only ask the user if they are from the U.S. or Canada.  You would then show either a complete U.S. version or Canadian version of the form.

What you could do is copy all your field from the campus application form to both your CA payment and US payment forms.  You can achieve this with our app "Field Manager": http://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager

    You can also visit http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/

Then, create another very small form that only asks for CA or US.  Have your two frames embedded to that form.
