Cannot open hyperlinks containing uploaded files.

    I am trying to send applications to our partner schools.  These apps contain several uploaded documents (which appear as hyperlinks on the PDF submission).  But when I download the submission and click on the hyperlinks containing the uploads, nothing happens.

    Thank you for letting us know about this problem you are having with clicking on the hyperlinks in your pdf submission not working.

    I do see the submission example has a few pdf documents attached to it which I was able to view from the web.

    However, when I downloaded a pdf submission of the example submission you've provided above (thank you for that by the way) I found I am able to click the hyperlink to download the file correctly.

    I've cleared your form cache to refresh things for you and would request that you please try this gain and let us know if there's still an issue occurring with it on your side or not.

    I tried it again and it is still not working.  I downloaded the same submission, saved it to my desktop and tried to open the link...nothing.  


    My colleague sent me another Jotform submission and it worked fine.  I was able to open the documents.  So I don't believe this is a problem with my Adobe or anything. 


    Please let me know how this can be fixed.  I want to get this to our university partner.  Thanks

    I also tested on my end but I am still unable to replicate the issue. I downloaded the submission 357509697721113718 and clicked on the links to the documents. I was able to download the documents to my device without any issue.

    Here's one of the links for the documents on the pdf: Can you please check on your end if you are able to download the file using that link?

    If possible, can you send us the links to the documents that are on the pdf that you downloaded? This way we can see if there are any differences from the links on our downloaded pdf and the links on yours. Also, please try clearing your browser cache first, and download the pdf again. If the issue persists, please let us know.
