    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused you. Have you tried already embeding your form code using iFrame? If not, please give a try and let us know if the siad issue still persist so we can further assist you.

    Thank you!

Why do I have to implement as an iframe to ensure required fields are
    honored?

The required fields uses JavaScript validation it is possible to by-pass the required fields if the user's browser do not have JavaScript enabled which happens in rare cases. It would help if you add a Free Text (HTML) element in your form and add this code inside:

<noscript>Your browser does not support JavaScript!

Please enable your form's javascript to be able to access the form</noscript>

So that if the form user's browser has its javascript turned off, he will not be able to fill up the form.

    Hope this information helps.
