How can I setup an option in Paypal form for redeeming gift certificate?

Hi,

I use JotForm and PayPal on my website to collect registration and payment info for my music school.  A customer has been given a gift certificate for a class (purchased through PayPal on my website) but is NOT able to find a place in the payment process to redeem the gift certificate/enter the redemption code.  I have talked to PayPal and they are not finding a problem on their end.  Is there any way to set up the PayPal payment option on the JotForm registration form in a way to allow for a redemption code?

You can setup a coupon codes in the form. Please follow the steps from this guide to add it:

Thanks Welvin but I'm not talking about setting up a coupon code that I create (like the instructions above)  I'm talking about a PayPal redemption code generated by PayPal, not created by me.  It should be an option once the website redirects the customer to PayPal to complete their transaction.

Is there a way to expand the PayPal payment options in JotForm to include a field to enter the PayPal redemption code?

Unfortunately, if you have a code given by PayPal you will need to set it up in the payment wizard, this is the only way to get applied the code and this is also done in the form, not in the payment page, do note that you can also change the code as well as the discounted amount, if it is either fixed or a percentage of the total amount due. When I go to the coupon set up there is not an option for a PayPal redemption code, only to set up a coupon code of my own, which I'm very familiar with.  I feel like you're telling me that my customers can just put the PP code in a coupon code box if I add one and it will work?  Is this right?  If not, can you please explain how to add a box that will fit my needs if it's possible?  Please do not send or refer to the the same instructions as before. I need specific instructions.  Thank you!

I'm sorry, I searched for this and found out that we don't support Paypal redeem feature. You can ask your customers to claimed it on this page: https://www.paypal.com/redeem. 

The coupon codes feature that we have is not connected to the Paypal redeem feature. It's different. I will also ask our developers if this is possible in Paypal integration. We'll let you know.
