Unable to type in a field

Firstly, when I received my email after joining, the link to confirm my email doesn't work.

 

Then I created a form and went to publish it to get the link to try it, and it does nothing. I can't do anything with the form I just created. ?! I have used Formstack for years, but would like to see what else is out there, but seem to be hitting a wall so far. Please advise.

 

Also, on the form, I created a box called " amount" from the number template, yet it will not let me type in any numbers.

Could you please let us know if the issue with the form fields still persists on your end? The form seems to be working properly at the moment.

I cannot seem to get the conditional logic to do anything... I click the button, but no response.
