    Mad Mimi integration: Contacts not transferring to Mad Mimi.

    The contacts didn't import. I can see on Madmimi's side how many should have been imported but it was unsuccessful.

    Please try to redo the integration. Before completing the integration, please make sure that the fields are mapped correctly.

    You should be able to see the message below once you click the "Complete Integration" button.

    I will also clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

    I did it 2x. I received the messages that 19 submissions were integrated. However, they did not transfer over to Mad Mimi.

    I noticed that you have First Name twice in your screenshot. I changed Last Name so that both fields would match. Was I not supposed to do that?

    No problem, I believe my colleague meant to match the last name field. I have cloned your form, and integrated with Mad Mimi:

    Then I submitted the form:

    However, the first name was not forwarded, only the last name:

    Not sure what may be causing the issue, probably the integration is faulty. I have forwarded this to our developers to get further help. You will be notified via this thread if there is any updates.

    I just did it again as suggested and nothing. When I integrated the 1st time, I had 16 contacts. Now I have 30. When I integrated it said that all 30 were transferred over but nothing happened on the madmimi end. I still have the original 16 in there. 


    Please help me solve this issue.

    We are sorry for the issue you have been still experiencing. 

    I cloned your form and integrated with Mad Mimi to test it on my side.  I thought the integration was still broken in the beginning. However, I realised after some more inspections, if the e-mail fields are the same, the contact list at Mad Mimi updated the already existing data.

    For example, I submitted firstly following data

    E-mail : john@example.com

    Name : a b

    This was transferred to Mad mimi automatically. 

    Then I change only name field and remain e-mail the same. 

    E-mail : john@example.com

    Name : a x


    Even I had 2 submissions, Mad Mimi showed only one contact which is the last one here above. Since, the integration updated the first one by comparing e-mails. In addition to that, When I checked your submissions, I saw that you have some submissions having the same e-mail addresses. This would make you think that your integration does not working. 

    Could you please check with this way and return as if there is still missing information on your Mad Mimi contact list?

    I'm also going to ask to our developers if there is any way to prevent update contact issue.
