The total and description is not coming up on the reports sent to Stripe

    Hello:

    I have customers filling out our jotform for credit cards.  Up until Monday 12/19/16 at 3:51pm, when the jotform went to STRIPE - it showed the Description and Total of the credit card charge.

    THen on Monday, 12/19/16 at 4:38pm, the description and total amount of charge is not showing when I go into STRIPE.

    The emails are not coming through with the description and most importantly the AMOUNT.  I did not change anything on JotForm and I called Stripe and they stated it is JotForm not Stripe.

    It seems like some updates were made in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history 

    You can revert them if you want to, let us know if that helps, we will be glad to assist you.

    Yes, please help! I don’t know or see what was done on December 19th to make the description and amounts disappear. I did not do any changes. Are you able to make the changes – reverting?

    Hello Maria,

    I inspected your form and found that the purchaseAmount field was deleted from the e-mail notification layout. 

    Would you please change your e-mail notification layout with below:

    /*

    A new Credit Card form (Submission ID: {id}) has been received for {input27}.

    Total: {purchaseAmount}

    Order Number: {orderNumber} / Invoice Number: {invoiceNumber30}

    The billing address is: {billingAddress}.

    Comments: {comments}

    An email confirmation has been sent to: {emailFor}

    */

    Please follow these steps to change your notification layout:

    #1- Click on the emails button.

    #2- Click on the edit button.

    #3- Add "Total: {purchaseAmount}" field in your layout and save it.
