how come i can't found the deleted form at trash there? help

Hi,

I have checked your trash and you are right , the form is not there. Y

You probably have deleted it by accident or you created such form with a guest account using another email address. Unfortunately once the form is deleted from the Trash folder, there is no way to retrieve it
