We never archive nor delete forms unless a user asked us to. To put things in perspective, we wouldn't even know about our user's accounts/forms, not unless they get in touch with us for help.
You can restore deleted forms by following this guide on How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms
If it was archived, the same idea applies, just hit ARCHIVE on the left > click the form you want to unarchive > then click UNARCHIVE.
