When someone completes a form a staff person will later go in and add some notes into a hidden field hit submit at the bottom which saves the new information. In one submission I get the error in the screenshot about a required field (that does have something that was accepted in it) being empty. I can't seem to remove the requirement in the already submitted version. Is there away to fix this?Page URL:

I checked you form submission https://support.jotform.com/submissions/62515182960153 but there is no data on the form.
Can you please provide us the submission you are referring to? so that we can better assist you.
We'll be waiting for your response.

It looked like there was a loading error on the part of my colleague, but I was able to find and replicate the problem. As it seems. On the condition, when there is already a file submitted on the upload field which was not then yet set as required, and you update a submission which sets the field as required, it causes a problem which makes the requirement assume that it is not yet filled.
I have escalated this problem to the development team. We'll let you know once we have updates.
