I downgraded to a free subscription months ago and am still being charged! Please cancel my subscription and refund charges to my card immediately.

I have checked your account and realized that you were downgraded your account at 22 October 2016. However, you re-upgraded your subscription at 22 November 2016. It was in "BRONZE" plan. Because of you was still being charged.
Also, you were added scheduled downgrade five hours ago. It would downgrade your subscription at the period end. However, I have canceled your current subscription immediately and refunded your last payment ($19). Your account is FREE now.
