    Hi there,

     

    My JV Partner purchased the yearly on his account. So we're going to use that one instead of this one. Could I please get a refund for this account?

    Hello,

    Your account is downgraded to free account. Your refund will be processed in 10-15 workdays. Please note that you need to cancel your subscription from your PayPal account. Please have a look at this guide:
