Why is the location widget not working?

    Hello Jotform,

    We have several clients who have had problems submitting forms with the location widget.

    They enter the Australian city but are not allowed to submit the form, it gives an error message each time.

    They have been entering the correct location.

    I tried to upload a recent Doc to you to show the most recent problem but you will not allow docs to be uploaded.

    When I have checked your account, it is seen that you have 550 forms approximately. I also controlled your last modified form but I couldn't see any widgets in your form.

    Could you please share direct URL of your form? 

    In addition, please add some screen shots about error messages to your comment that submitters get from the address (or location) widget when they try to submit their forms.
