The direct link of my form is no langer available. When I install it again, I get an "error on save".

    The direct link which I created and already spread, doesn't work anymore:

    https://form.jotform.com/orgamed.nancy/affiliation

    for form: https://form.jotform.com/63461889741973

    When I try to edit the direct link again, it gives the message: "error on save".

    Thank you for informing me how I can solve this.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I logged into your account and edited the direct link of your form. You had entered a different URL to the field. It is fixed now.
