Unable to save in the Form Builder

    I'm getting a pop-up error, "error on save" when I try to save my form.  The error box reads, "false."  Is this just a temporary error? How can I save my form?

    We are currently not having any issues with our servers. However, there was a related report yesterday wherein the changes made on the form builder is not showing in the live mode.

    Please try to log out from JotForm and then log back in. If it is still the same, please try disabling your AdBlock or any extensions/add-ons temporarily. You may also try another browser to verify if it will or not. Lastly, you might need to clear your browser cache.

    Let me clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
