Please instruct on how to make this work. Some information are not displaying correctly and the email link is very long and weird.

I've added simple comments to the screenshots attached so you'll understand what happened.

If you need any further info, Im happy to provide them.

    Kind regards,

    Andre.

based on screenshot you provided I see that you have issues with your encrypted form and with decrypting of your submissions.

First screenshot is Email Subject of your email Notifications. That is actually correct, because you are using values of your form fields inside of email subject and those data can not be decrypt.

Only data inside that is shown when you click on view response can be decrypt. I would suggest you to remove field values from Email Subject and write you own text.

I assume that second issue is inside of email Notification. Some of the data of address field are not decrypting. Is that correct? Is this happening all the time and only with address field? Is data from address field decrypting on submission page?

Third issue is on submission page of your form, right? Is this happening only with phone number fields? Also is phone number field properly decrypt inside of email Notifications?

I have cloned your form and made several tests, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue, both inside of email Notification and on submission page. Each time all data was properly decrypt.

How many times has this happen? If it happened only once maybe it was temporarily issue. Can you please test your form and if the issue still persist let us know.

    Looking forward to your reply.
