Can I connect a form to Dropbox so the user can DOWNLOAD a file that's there instead of uploading one?

    I would like to create a form that captures contact information before directing people to an Excel file for downloading at Dropbox. Am I able to do this with Jotform? If so, how? Thanks.

    The Dropbox integration that we have works by saving the file upload attachment of the user to your Dropbox account folder. Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm 

    But if you wish to allow your users to download a file from your end AFTER they fill out the form, then that is possible by simply getting your files shareable or downloadable link and paste or link it to your "Thank You" page.
