Modification to the form is not updated

    I tried to modify the form but is not updating.

    I notice that your JotForm is having some conditions associated with the fields that were deleted from the form.

    When a new field is added, these conditions are replacing the missing fields with the new field. I have removed the conditions on your JotForm and see that the updates on the form is displayed properly.
