Trying to make another form

Trying to make another form its coming out ugly as all hell ! How about a toll free number !!!!!!!

I have checked and both of your form are currently disabled, because your account is overlimit. As Bronze account you can receive up to 1,000 submissions per month. This month you already received 1454 submissions. To enable your form you will need to upgrade your account to higher plan. More about different account types you can find on our pricing page. 

However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on first day of the following month.

Regarding your issue with your form - You need to provide us more details about your issue. We can help you o style your form, but you will need to provide us more details about what you are trying to achieve. Also provide us ID of your form.
