Why am I not able to create a new form?

What the hell is going on ? You guys have no toll free number.....I have tried to create another form and have spent the past 3 hours on the phone with big commerce. When i did it said it was over the limit and would not let anybody sign up. This is contrary too what you publish......5 forms with a 1000 subscribers per form...........Please lift the hold on my form or send me detailed instructions on how too create another one.

I have checked your account and I can see you have already passed your submissions limit, your account is currently under the bronze plan which allows you to receive 1,000 submissions, if you would like to increase the limit a bit then you will need to upgrade your account to the next plan. 

Do note also that this does not affect the number of forms you can create, you currently have only 4 forms in your account so you can create 21 more as the limit is 25 active forms for the bronze plan, but they currently will not work until the submissions limit is increased by upgrading the account or waiting until the counter to reset on the next month (first day EST).
