Matrix field on the form is not displaying data when exported to Excel

    For the section that has the option for 1st choice and 2nd choice skills to have worked on it doesn't pull to excel properly.   When the information pulls, it pulls at ---1st choice --- 2nd choice -  but has no further information.  How can we change the form in order to get the information we are looking for.

    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that the form submissions of the form exported to Excel not displaying the field "Select two (2) objectives for skills to be worked on" correctly? I have cloned your JotForm to my account and see that the data for the matrix field is displaying correctly as it should.

    As I check the form, I see that there are no submissions in the form. Are you referring to something different? If so, please provide us with more information so that we can assist you further.
