All our forms are disabled

    Hello - all the forms in my account have become disabled. Can you please ensure they are accessible?

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.  

    I have checked your account and see that one of the forms is asking for last 4 digits of the account number. Could you explain about this account number so that we will see what best we can do for you?
