when students submits the student registration form, we are not getting a copy of that info sent to our email address

First off, I can see you have created your forms using a guest account, please do note that this is a very limited account, you could use the same email address that you used to create the forms under the guest account which is "m*************g@yahoo.com" so the forms can be related to that account that you will created.

Here's also another guide that will help you to check if the email address you're using is in our bounce list, do note that an email address in our bounce list means that for some reason emails could not be delivered so the email ended up in our bounce list.
