People do my forms however i don't receive them to my e-mail. can someone help me?

    once you have submitted the form I’m suppose to receive it. But I don’t receive anything

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please can you change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to in the notification email setup page and then do a test?

    You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your ISP/mail provider's whitelists.

    I cloned your form, filled it and was able to get notification to my gmail account.
