My Email has been blocked message

    Dear Jotform

    In the past I have noticed that I have not been notified about people asking me questions related to my business then it came to my attention that was an error on my email notification and I tried to send an TEST EMAIL but I get the following message: This email has been blocked please contact us.

    So, Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to upgrade my package?

    Hi Andrea

    I have removed your email from bounce list. You should work fine now.Your mail server failed to receive our notification email(s), and that is why your email address was added to our bounce back list.

    However, to avoid such problems from happening, please use "Jotform" and "" as your form notification's sender name and address, respectively.
