Hi...the forms on my website have just disappeared and when I log into jotform there are no forms anymore. This is incredibly upsetting and I need it fixed NOW!

I can see the form on your website, however, the form is saved on a guest account. Meaning you have created the form while not logged in.
Note that guest account limits is lower than the free account (registered account) limits.
When I checked your email address, it is associated with a free account kiododesign. This account has currently exceeded the allocated payment submissions limit for the month. For a free account, the maximum payment submissions limit per month is 10. Right now, you have 13 payment submissions stored in your account. This is the reason why your forms are currently disabled. Please consider upgrading to any of the paid plans for a higher limit. This is also a good time to avail the 50% discount on any plans. See the pricing page for more details https://www.jotform.com/pricing
