    Making File Upload a Required Field Not Working

    Hello All,

    My sponsorship form is working perfectly except the "File Upload" as a required field.  When testing the field with an uploaded file, the form works with an attached file using Dropbox.  However, when testing without an attached file the the submit button turns to  "Please Wait" and no warning message is shown to let the user know to upload a file.

    If I turn off the required upload file field the form can be submitted with or without a file and it is important that we receive an attached logo or company image with the form.

    How can I ensure that a file is attached with the submission?

    I have tried to test submission into your form without an attached file. However, I have replicated the same issue. As you can see:

    Also, I have cloned your form and tested on my side. But the submit button turned to "Please Wait" and I did not take any warning message.

    I have escalated the issue to our developers for to have it checked and fixed. We will update you on this thread as soon as we hear any news.
