    Why I'm not able to verify Stripe integration?

    ... can't verify Stripe even it is a valid account and it works otherwise perfect. Ralf

    I tested our Stripe integration and I couldn't replicate this issue. 

    Please check the credentials again, I understand that they are correct, but that error is related to Login credentials.

    …I did this a few times and I know they are correct since I can log into my Stripe account no problem and using it for years with never an issue.

    First of all, please make sure that you are not logged in to Stripe. After that, please try to log out from JotForm and then close your browser. Re-open your browser and then log back in to JotForm.

    Try to disable your browser add-ons or extensions like Adblock. You may also check if this will work properly with another browser or not. If it is still the same, please try clearing your browser cache.

    I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
