    I have troubles seeing my form submissions.

    Hallo I have troubles seeing my form submissions.
    It seems there is an error somewhere because i have tried to fill my
    form and submit but cant see any submisions in my account.

    I have checked and you have two forms on your account:

    1. SpoModel application form - 26 submissions

    2. Model Application - 1 submission

    I have logged into your account, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I was able to see all submissions. 

    I have also tested your form SpoModel application form and my submission is shown on submission page. mentioned form now has 27 submissions. 

    Can you please try again to view your submissions.

    How to View Form Submissions

    You can also try to use some other browser. And if the issue persist, please provide us a screenshot of your submission page.

    I also noticed that your form does not have email Notification. If you want to receive email when your form is submitted you need to set email Notification

    Thank you for the timely support services.
    I have tried another browser and it worked just like you said.
    And Yes i need the email notifications for when a submission is made.
    Can you activate for me?
